Art Every Day: Day 4 Digital Collage

Day 4 of the Art Every Day challenge, and today's piece is a digital collage, titled "Beauty is a Light". Created a multi-layered background, used a wonderful quote from Kalil Gibran, and a vintage image from a Flickr group I belong to: Collage Images (not for posting art).

Day 3 of the Art Every Day challenge for the month of November. I created the face in Illustrator, used part of a decorative vintage book cover for the dress, and PhotoShop brushes for the arms, legs and hair. Title: Geisha

Had a very tiring day at a new job, so I decided today's piece (and probably most days I work) would be something fun and digital. I know Halloween is over, but I'm still in the spirit. Today's Digital ATC is titled, "Esmerelda".

Art Every Day: Day 1 Wood Sugar Skull

So I got a bunch of different types of skulls at Michaels for a swap. Since its Day of the Dead, I thought it only fitting if my first piece for this challenge be something for that. I used pens, paint and glitter.

Goddess of the Wal Mart

My second in the Goddess of the Trailer Park series....she's prepared for anything; she's got her Oreo cookies, two kinds of diapers and her rifle! What a woman!!! LOL!!!

Seriously Whimsical!

I was doodling around in Illustrator last night, with a picture of my daughter that she sent via FB. This is the original photo, and this is the art I came up with...I just absolutely love it!!!! I'm envisioning a whole line of Trailer Park art.....LOL!!!!
